A finely detailed Srinagar Kashmir silk rug featuring a classic Persian Garden / Kheshti design, arranged in individual compartments filled with stylised flowering trees, floral motifs and traditional botanical elements. The elegant palette of soft blue, ivory, gold, beige and dark accents gives the rug a refined and highly decorative character.

Hand-knotted in Srinagar, Kashmir, using a 100% pure silk pile on a cotton warp and weft foundation, this rug is woven at approximately 500,000 knots per square metre. The fine construction allows excellent definition throughout the garden panels, while the silk pile gives the surface a luxurious sheen and smooth finish.
