Shipping policy: We ship Australia wide, the cost will be calculated after the payment is finalised. All packages under 25 kg will be dispatched from our showroom in Malvern, Victoria, and packages over 25 kg will be shipped on a pallet from our showroom storage facility. Estimate delivery time would be 2-7 working days (Rural areas may take longer).

Customers will be notified with the tracking details of any package. Once the package has left the premises, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are at home to receive the rug, or to notify the courier company to make alternative delivery arrangements.

For international buyers, we can provide secure and fast shipping via UPS/TNT. International customers will be advised of shipping costs, Shipping policy, for their approval, before payment is finalised.
