48-Hour Return or Exchange Policy:

We understand that choosing the perfect carpet for your home can sometimes be difficult, that’s why we offer a 48-hour return or exchange policy in case you’re not completely satisfied with the purchase. All you need to do is email us within 48 hours of receiving your rug and then package it up, ensuring it’s watertight just as it was when you received it. We’ll even arrange to have it collected from your address so that you don’t need to worry about getting it back to us!
Returns for Melbourne Customers

If you’re based in Melbourne and would like to return your rug, simply drop it off at our showroom in Malvern within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll process a full refund of the purchase price. However, please note that customers are liable for any freight costs if they wish to exchange their rug due to changes of mind regarding colour or size.

Returns for Australia-wide Customers

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to meet shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us if you require assistance in this process.
