A distinctive vintage nomadic Gabbeh rug, hand-knotted by Qashqai weavers in southern Persia. The design features a bold central medallion surrounded by stylised trees, flowers and tribal symbols, reflecting the spontaneous and artistic character of traditional Gabbeh weaving.
Its rich red field is framed by dark brown borders and highlighted with cream, blue, pink, orange and green details. The thick wool pile, irregular motifs and expressive composition give this piece strong character and authentic tribal appeal.

Purchases under 20kg are shipped free of charge to metropolitan suburbs within major Australian cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra). All items are dispatched from our showroom in Malvern, VIC 3144.
Freight charges apply to all rural and regional areas across Australia, regardless of weight.
For purchases exceeding 20kg, shipping charges will apply. Customers will be notified of the freight cost prior to dispatch and may proceed with the purchase only after confirming acceptance of the shipping charges.

All you need to do is email us within 48 hours of receiving your rug and then package it up, ensuring it’s watertight just as it was when you received it.
We’ll even arrange to have it collected from your address so that you don’t need to worry about getting it back to us!
