The intricate scrolling vines, palmettes and floral motifs demonstrate the refined symmetry and sophisticated colour balance associated with the finest Persian Isfehan weaving.

Hand-knotted in Persia on a full silk foundation with an exceptionally fine Manchester wool pile, this superfine piece displays remarkable precision, softness and clarity of detail. Its quality of materials and craftsmanship place it well above commercial-grade Isfehan rugs and make it highly suitable for a distinguished traditional or contemporary interior.
