A vintage Persian Bijar rug, hand-knotted circa 1940. Known as one of the most durable Persian weaves, this piece is woven with traditional double wefts, giving it the dense, firm and long-lasting structure for which Bijar rugs are highly respected.
The rug features natural vegetable dyes, creating a rich and authentic aged colour palette. In excellent condition, this collectable Bijar is ideal for a hallway, entrance, study or feature area where both beauty and durability are important.

Purchases under 20kg are shipped free of charge to metropolitan suburbs within major Australian cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra). All items are dispatched from our showroom in Malvern, VIC 3144.
Freight charges apply to all rural and regional areas across Australia, regardless of weight.
