A striking custom-made Afghan hall runner inspired by the celebrated 19th-century Heriz-Serapi tradition. The deep navy field is filled with bold floral medallions, stylised palmettes and scrolling motifs in rust, terracotta, soft green, ivory and warm earthy tones, creating a rich and highly decorative composition.
Hand-knotted by Turkaman women artisans in a studio workshop in Mazar-e Sharif, this runner was woven using handspun local wool and natural vegetable dyes. Made circa 2014, it combines traditional craftsmanship with exceptional length and strong decorative presence, ideal for a grand hallway or gallery.

Purchases under 20kg are shipped free of charge to metropolitan suburbs within major Australian cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra). All items are dispatched from our showroom in Malvern, VIC 3144.
Freight charges apply to all rural and regional areas across Australia, regardless of weight.
For purchases exceeding 20kg, shipping charges will apply. Customers will be notified of the freight cost prior to dispatch and may proceed with the purchase only after confirming acceptance of the shipping charges.

All you need to do is email us within 48 hours of receiving your rug and then package it up, ensuring it’s watertight just as it was when you received it.
