Inspired by 15th-century Mamluk carpet designs, this Afghan Turkmen runner features a richly detailed geometric composition with bold medallions and beautifully balanced traditional motifs. Its warm earthy palette and historic design influence give the rug a distinctive character, ideal for hallways, entrances and narrow living spaces.

Hand knotted in Afghanistan by skilled Turkmen weavers, the rug is crafted using hand-spun wool and natural vegetable dyes. These traditional materials create subtle tonal variation, rich texture and excellent durability while preserving the authentic character of fine Afghan weaving.

Purchases under 20kg are shipped free of charge to metropolitan suburbs within major Australian cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra). All items are dispatched from our showroom in Malvern, VIC 3144.

All you need to do is email us within 48 hours of receiving your rug and then package it up, ensuring it’s watertight just as it was when you received it.

We’ll even arrange to have it collected from your address so that you don’t need to worry about getting it back to us!
