Purchases under 20kg are shipped free of charge to metropolitan suburbs within major Australian cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra). All items are dispatched from our showroom in Malvern, VIC 3144.
Freight charges apply to all rural and regional areas across Australia, regardless of weight.
For purchases exceeding 20kg, shipping charges will apply. Customers will be notified of the freight cost prior to dispatch and may proceed with the purchase only after confirming acceptance of the shipping charges.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days. Deliveries to rural or regional areas may take longer depending on the courier service and location.
48-Hour Return Policy
We understand that choosing the perfect carpet for your home can sometimes be difficult, that’s why we offer a 48-hour return or exchange policy in case you’re not completely satisfied with the purchase.
All you need to do is email us within 48 hours of receiving your rug and then package it up, ensuring it’s watertight just as it was when you received it.
We’ll even arrange to have it collected from your address so that you don’t need to worry about getting it back to us!
