Return & Refund Policy

To return a rug for exchange or refund, customers need to notify our office by email within 48 hours of receiving their purchase. They will be responsible for packaging the goods in similar, secure and watertight packaging as they received them, and we will arrange a pick-up from their address. During the COVID 19 crisis, this will be managed in a contactless manner.

Only in the case of change of mind regarding colours or size will customers be liable to pay return freight costs.

Refunds will be promptly processed once we receive any returned carpet. Customers based in Melbourne can return the unwanted goods back to the Canterbury showroom within 48 hours of receiving the goods for a full refund. During the COVID 19 crisis, this will be managed in a contactless manner.
