Purchases below 25kg will be shipped for free and dispatched from our showroom. However, for purchases above 25kg, shipping charges may apply, and these items will need to be delivered on a pallet.

Melbourne-based returns: Drop off your rug at our Malvern showroom within 48 hours for a full refund. Please note, customers are responsible for freight costs if exchanging due to color or size preferences.

  I can't speak highly enough of Majid from Majid's Carpets. His knowledge, his kindness, his care. He showed endless patience in showing me many rugs at his showrooms. And then brought 5 rugs for me to try in my apartment, obligation free. I found it difficult to decide and he and his assistant went back and forth trying first one then the other. He was even open to me keeping both to compare them at my leisure and he would come and collect whichever I had decided against. It didn't come to that as I made my decision and am thrilled with the magnificent rug I chose which has enhanced my living space beyond measure.
